Terms of Use and Sale

1. Who may use the site

You must be able to enter a binding contract in your location. If you use the site for a company or another organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. The site and products are intended for business users and are not directed to children under thirteen.

2. What Ghost Labs AI provides

Ghost Labs AI sells downloadable business role systems, prompt libraries, reference guides, templates, workflow maps, department resources, and automation blueprint materials. It also offers separately scoped customization and implementation services.

Manual roles are used inside an AI account selected and controlled by the buyer. Automation blueprints are planning and build materials. They are not preconnected software, and they do not include credentials, private account access, or subscriptions to outside services.

3. Product descriptions and availability

The product page, checkout page, and written service scope describe what is included. Ghost Labs AI may correct errors, update product contents, change availability, or withdraw an offer before purchase. If a material checkout error affects a completed order, Ghost Labs AI may correct the order, offer the accurately described product, or issue an appropriate refund.

4. Orders, payment, and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Square or another identified payment provider. Buyers authorize the processor to charge the amount shown at checkout. The buyer is responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and fees not collected at checkout.

Ghost Labs AI may reject or cancel an order involving suspected fraud, pricing error, unauthorized payment, prohibited use, or legal restriction. A canceled paid order will be refunded when required.

5. Digital delivery

After confirmed payment, eligible digital products are delivered through a private download link shown on the confirmation page and sent to the buyer’s order email. The standard link remains available for seventy two hours or three downloads, whichever comes first.

The buyer is responsible for entering a correct email address, saving the files, maintaining backups, and contacting support promptly if delivery fails.

6. License, ownership, and commercial use

A product purchase grants the limited rights stated in the Product License and Commercial Use Rules. It does not transfer ownership of Ghost Labs AI intellectual property. Resale, white labeling, redistribution, sublicensing, marketplace listing, platform embedding, and high volume client installation require a separate written commercial license.

Ghost Labs AI retains its rights in the original product files, site content, product structure, branding, and documentation. Buyers retain rights they already hold in their own source material and are responsible for ensuring they have permission to provide it.

7. AI outputs and human review

AI systems can produce incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or unsuitable material. The buyer must review source facts, claims, permissions, privacy, tone, professional requirements, and the final action.

Ghost Labs AI products do not independently publish, send messages, make purchases, move money, sign documents, change accounts, file reports, provide professional advice, or make final business decisions. The person or organization using the work remains responsible for every outside action.

8. Prohibited conduct

• Do not violate law, another person’s rights, privacy, confidentiality, contract, or platform rules.
• Do not attempt to access another buyer’s order, download, account, data, or restricted system.
• Do not introduce malware, disrupt the site, test vulnerabilities without permission, bypass download controls, or abuse forms.
• Do not use the products to impersonate a person, deceive customers, create unlawful discrimination, send unlawful messages, or make prohibited regulated decisions.
• Do not remove ownership notices or represent Ghost Labs AI source materials as your original work unless a written white label license expressly allows the approved use.

9. Results and professional advice

Products and services are workflow tools. Ghost Labs AI does not guarantee revenue, leads, sales, cost savings, rankings, approval, compliance, legal sufficiency, security, or any particular result.

Nothing on the site replaces legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, cybersecurity, employment, safety, or other qualified professional advice.

10. Outside services

The site and products may refer to Square, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion, Make, Zapier, n8n, email providers, CRMs, and other outside services. Those providers control their own accounts, pricing, terms, data practices, availability, and output. Ghost Labs AI is not responsible for an outside provider’s service, suspension, change, or failure.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site, digital products, examples, and materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” Ghost Labs AI disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, uninterrupted availability, and operation without errors. Rights that cannot legally be disclaimed remain unaffected.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghost Labs AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational loss, or costs of substitute services arising from the site, products, or services.

For any claim that cannot be excluded, Ghost Labs AI’s total liability will not exceed the amount the claimant paid Ghost Labs AI for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event. This limitation does not apply where law prohibits it.

13. Indemnity for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, a business user agrees to defend and indemnify Ghost Labs AI against claims from another party arising from that user’s unlawful use, unauthorized resale or distribution, breach of these Terms, violation of another party’s rights, or material supplied by that user. This section does not require indemnity for Ghost Labs AI’s own unlawful conduct.

14. Suspension and termination

Ghost Labs AI may suspend access, cancel a license, or refuse service when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, nonpayment, security risk, illegal conduct, intellectual property misuse, or a material breach. Provisions concerning ownership, payment, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and obligations that by their nature continue will survive termination.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before filing a claim, the parties will make a good faith effort for thirty days to resolve it through written notice sent to the contact address below.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, claims that are not resolved informally must be brought in a state or federal court in Pennsylvania that has jurisdiction. Consumers keep any nonwaivable rights provided by applicable law.

16. Changes and contact

Ghost Labs AI may update these Terms when products, operations, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated on this page. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
