1. Information you provide
- Contact information such as name, business name, and email address.
- Form content such as product questions, support details, licensing plans, intended use, current tools, business descriptions, and Done For You requests.
- Order information such as buyer name, buyer email, selected product, amount, currency, order status, payment references, delivery status, and download activity.
- Free resource request information and the information included in messages sent to Ghost Labs AI.
2. Information collected automatically
The site may collect standard technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, interaction events, and error or security logs. If configured, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may receive information under their own terms and privacy notices.
3. Payment information
Square processes checkout and card payment information. Ghost Labs AI does not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes. Ghost Labs AI receives transaction references, amount, status, buyer contact information, and other details needed to confirm the order and deliver the product.

- Enforce agreements and protect users, Ghost Labs AI, and other parties.
5. When information is shared
Ghost Labs AI may share information with service providers that perform payment processing, email delivery, form delivery, hosting, storage, analytics, fraud prevention, security, accounting, and professional services. Providers receive information only for the services they perform and are subject to their own obligations.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate fraud or abuse, in connection with a business transaction, or with the person’s direction or consent. Ghost Labs AI does not sell customer lists as a standalone product.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send card numbers, passwords, access tokens, health information, or confidential client data through a general form or email.

Depending on location and applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information, or may object to certain processing. Ghost Labs AI may verify identity and retain information when required for transactions, security, legal obligations, or disputes.
Privacy requests may be sent to contact@ghostlabsai.com. Marketing email can be stopped through the unsubscribe link when one is provided. Operational order and support email may still be sent when necessary.
10. Children’s privacy
The site and products are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under thirteen. Ghost Labs AI does not knowingly collect personal information from a child under thirteen through the site. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information should contact Ghost Labs AI so the request can be reviewed.
11. International visitors
The site is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where service providers operate. Visitors outside the United States are responsible for determining whether use of the site is appropriate in their location.
