Standard Product License
Ghost Labs AI products are licensed, not sold. A regular purchase grants a limited license for one purchaser or organization to use the files in its own operations and to create reviewed outputs for client service work.

1. License grant
After full payment, Ghost Labs AI grants the purchaser a nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable, revocable license to download and use the purchased product for the purchaser’s internal business operations, subject to this license and the Terms.
The license covers only the product identified in the order. It does not include later products, upgrades, outside subscriptions, commercial reseller rights, or ownership of the source materials.
2. One organization and its internal team
The product may be used by the purchasing individual or by employees and individual contractors working for one purchasing organization. Access must be limited to people who need the material for that organization’s work and who are bound to protect it.
Affiliates, franchises, separate legal entities, clients, portfolio companies, and other businesses require their own product license unless a written commercial license says otherwise.
3. Permitted internal use
- Install or paste role instructions into AI accounts controlled by the licensed organization.
- Adapt prompts, checklists, templates, and workflow materials for the organization’s own operations.
- Create, edit, publish, and commercially use outputs after appropriate human review.
- Maintain reasonable backup copies for the licensed organization.
- Use the system while providing a service to clients, provided clients receive the finished work or outputs rather than the Ghost Labs source files.
4. Client service boundary
A consultant or agency may use the licensed system as an internal method to prepare client work. The standard license does not permit installing the source system into a client’s account, giving editable Ghost Labs files to a client, charging for access to the files, or treating one purchase as a license for multiple client organizations.
Service providers who need client installations should use the Service Partner license. Businesses that want to rebrand and sell adapted products should use the White Label Reseller license.
5. Prohibited use
- Resell, redistribute, upload, publish, share, gift, rent, lease, or sublicense any original or substantially similar source file.
- Bundle the files with another product, course, membership, template library, agency package, software product, or marketplace listing for customer access.
- Remove ownership notices or claim authorship of the original source library.
- Use the materials to create a competing prompt, role, blueprint, template, or agent library for sale or broad distribution.
- Share a private download link or bypass a download, payment, or access control.
- Use the files for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or privacy violating activity.
6. Ownership and adaptations
Ghost Labs AI retains ownership of the original product files, written expression, organization, selection, branding, and documentation. The purchaser owns its preexisting business information and may own independently created additions.
Editing, translating, reorganizing, or adapting a Ghost Labs file does not remove the original license restrictions. Permission to create an adaptation for internal use is not permission to sell or distribute that adaptation.
7. Outputs
Subject to applicable law and the terms of the outside AI provider, Ghost Labs AI does not claim ownership of a purchaser’s final reviewed business outputs merely because a Ghost Labs role helped prepare them. The purchaser is responsible for determining whether an output is protectable, original, accurate, lawful, and cleared for commercial use.
8. Term and termination
The standard license continues unless terminated. It terminates automatically if the purchaser materially violates the license and does not correct a curable breach after notice. Ghost Labs AI may require deletion of source files and stop support or delivery access after termination.
Sections concerning ownership, restrictions, liability, enforcement, and obligations that by their nature continue will survive.
9. Commercial licenses
Service Partner, White Label Reseller, and Enterprise Distribution rights are available only through a separate signed agreement. Review current starting plans on the Licensing page or contact contact@ghostlabsai.com.
