Commercial use is allowed for reviewed outputs created with a licensed product. Commercial use of the Ghost Labs source files themselves depends on the license purchased.
1. Commercial use included with a standard product
- Use the roles to prepare marketing, sales, operations, finance, support, research, planning, and other business work for the licensed organization.
- Publish or sell finished work that has been reviewed and materially completed for its intended purpose.
- Use the system internally while providing consulting, agency, freelance, or professional services.
- Deliver finished reports, plans, copy, procedures, drafts, analyses, and other client outputs that do not expose the Ghost Labs source files.
2. Commercial use not included with a standard product
- Selling or giving customers the original files, editable source prompts, role instructions, blueprint files, templates, or substantially similar adaptations.
- Installing the system into multiple client organizations or customer accounts.
- Selling access through a membership, course, coaching program, agency portal, software product, marketplace, or download store.
- White labeling, removing ownership notices for resale, sublicensing, franchising, or allowing another seller to resell.
- Using one purchase across separate businesses, brands, affiliates, or portfolio companies.
3. Choose the right commercial license
The Service Partner license covers limited client installations while the licensee delivers services. The White Label Reseller license covers approved adapted products sold under one brand. Enterprise Distribution covers higher volume, multiple brands, marketplaces, courses, platforms, and negotiated deployment rights.
The Licensing page shows current starting prices and volume assumptions. The signed commercial license controls the final rights, limits, channels, term, reporting, support, and price.
4. Requirements for every commercial use
- Review and verify source facts, claims, permissions, intellectual property, privacy, and professional requirements.
- Follow advertising, email, employment, privacy, consumer protection, and industry rules that apply to the work.
- Follow the commercial terms of the AI, automation, design, data, and distribution platforms used.
- Do not promise that AI generated material is free of errors, legally approved, compliant, or guaranteed to produce results.
- Maintain reasonable records of customer rights, approvals, license volume, and distributed versions when a commercial license requires them.
5. Brand and endorsement
A standard license does not permit use of the Ghost Labs AI name, logo, product names, or trademarks in a way that suggests sponsorship, certification, partnership, or endorsement. A commercial agreement may provide specific attribution or white label terms.
6. Customer support and responsibility
A reseller or service provider is responsible for its own customers, pricing, taxes, promises, support, refunds, data practices, and compliance unless the signed agreement states otherwise. Ghost Labs AI does not become a party to the licensee’s customer contracts.
7. Contact
Before selling, installing, embedding, or distributing any Ghost Labs source material, review the Licensing page and send the proposed use to contact@ghostlabsai.com. No commercial resale right exists until the written agreement is signed and payment is confirmed.
