Clear definitions and operating boundaries make the library easier to evaluate, deploy, and govern.

Is Ghost Labs AI a hosted AI platform?

No. Ghost Labs provides structured operating-system materials, deployment guidance, and fixed-scope implementation. You use the AI accounts and software appropriate for your business.

Are these autonomous AI employees?

A Role System is a structured package for one business responsibility. It defines the job, required context, workflow, outputs, approval points, failure rules, evaluation, and deployment guidance.

What is an Operating System?

An Operating System combines several Role Systems around one business outcome, such as revenue operations, project delivery, customer operations, or federal capture.

What is Ghost Labs Access?

Ghost Labs Access is the recurring library and update membership. Members receive the current manual system library while active, new releases, updated deployment guidance, version updates, and member-only workflow resources.

Can an agency use the systems for clients?

No. Ghost Labs organizes workflows, evidence, documents, research, and operating information. Legal decisions remain with the customer and qualified counsel.

What is the difference between a Role System and an Operating System?

What is a Deployment Blueprint?

A Deployment Blueprint maps workflow triggers, data fields, decision points, approval gates, permissions, connections, failure states, and setup steps. It is planning material, not a preconnected automation.

What is a Build Sprint?

A Build Sprint is a fixed-scope implementation engagement for one workflow or one business function. Ghost Labs maps the process, configures the operating structure, tests it, documents it, and hands it over.

What does human approval mean in Ghost Labs?

The system may prepare and organize work, but a named authorized person must review consequential actions such as external sends, publishing, spending, pricing, legal or government representations, account changes, and production changes.
