Ghost Labs AI collects information you submit for purchases, account access, support, membership, and service inquiries. Payment card details are handled by Square and are not stored by Ghost Labs AI.

We use submitted information to fulfill orders, secure accounts, provide requested support, communicate about the transaction or membership, maintain entitlement records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Account passwords are stored only as salted password hashes. Session and reset tokens are stored as one-way hashes. We do not sell personal information.

You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting info@ghostlabsai.com, subject to transaction, fraud-prevention, and legal record requirements.
