Product & Partner License

Ghost Labs AI materials are licensed, not sold. A standard one-time license permits the purchaser or purchasing organization to use and adapt the licensed system for its own internal operations.

Standard licenses do not permit resale, redistribution, sublicensing, publishing, white-labeling, sharing source files outside the licensed organization, or creation of a competing source-library product.

An active Ghost Labs Partner license permits use of Ghost Labs systems as part of services performed for the partner's own clients and adaptation of client-facing outputs and implementation materials for those engagements.

Partner rights do not permit sale of raw Ghost Labs ZIP files, source-library redistribution, sublicensing, publishing, white-labeling of the source library, reseller programs, or reconstruction of Ghost Labs materials as a competing product catalog.

AI output requires human review. The license does not transfer trademarks, platform subscriptions, third-party software, or access to customer systems.
